Swimming and Sweaters!

Auntie Botch let Nora use Nadia's old bikini so she could go swimming for the first time!

Nora and Lisa were in the pool for almost 45 minutes! Nora LOVED the water. She was totally calm, smiley and even splashing in the pool.

Short and Sweet

Hey there! We are hanging in there. I just thought I'd throw up a few pics quickly. We will give you a long (and much awaited, I'm sure) update later this week.

The Time Has Come...

To smile! Well, yes, but we are starting our first day of daycare tomorrow! So nerve-racking....We have a wondeful daycare, but I don't think it's ever easy for anyone to send their little one off for the first time. So glad we got such a great daycare (phew!)

Nora helped Lisa do some laundry to make sure she had extra blankies clean and to keep up on her weekly chores. She thought it would be funny to lay in the basket after she folded her clothes. Where does she get this silly behavior?

Time for a snoozer...so cute!

And last, but not least her pretty princess dress with her little tights. We all know I didn't dress her, but she looks adorable. (Thanks Mrs. Barthold) :)

Wish me luck tomorrow...we all know I'm going to cry. :( Lets hope Nora isn't as big of a weiner as I am. :)

Grandpa's Orders

We started sitting in the Bumbo!

Grandpa demanded we update the blog with new pics so here we are! We have been a bit delayed in our normal writing because we were visiting grandpa (Bonifas) for a few days this past week. We're glad all is well. :) Nora actually gave me a high five. She's advanced...

So we tried to do a hundred videos so you can hear her chatting with us. We'll be sure to keep adding more. She's more and more talkative & louder (ouch) everyday.

Dear Nora...your mommies think they are hilarious. We hope one day when you watch this you realize how funny we truely are. By the way, nice moves.

My Buddy and Me

Well, hello! It's been awhile since I've last written. Nora and I have been busy hanging out while I've been on maternity leave. It's been awesome. As you can see, we're having a good time.

She likes her morning coffee. She's quite grouchy until she gets her caffeine in for the day.

Usually after her coffee we style her hair so she looks fabulous for the day.

I'm thankful Nora has been fielding the telemarketer calls. She was like "Mom, chill out. I got it."

We make sure to disinfect and clean her bottles. She enjoys cleaning--just like her mommy. :)

Usually after we get all of the done, she checks her emails for the day and makes sure she goes to Facebook to see what's going with the rest of her friends.

We are having a good time. It's so weird not being at work and I miss my work buddies, but this time is priceless. I'll be sure to stay on top of the blogs. But now I hope you understand we've been SUPER busy. ;)

Pics with Mommies

Oh my precious little angel. I think I promised to buy her anything she wanted for the rest of her life if she didn't cry on the plane. We had a whole conversation about it and she acted great. She's pretty advanced for 8 weeks. :)

Besides being advanced she takes pride in having a steady diet and exercising.

She takes naps to keep up on her beauty sleep.

She works hard and plays hard.

She loves swinging with mommy.

Although, I think they both didn't last more than 5 minutes before falling asleep.

Nora's first plane ride! She did great. I was sweating bullets as people stared at us like "dammit there's a baby on the plane." So proud of my little peanut.

Nora spent the whole week with Nana. I don't know who misses who more...

Nora got to snuggle with Puppa. I think they seemed to like each other. :)
